the size of your breasts is mostly caused by the amount of fat, so if you work out and lose weight, your boobs will get smaller. The mammary glands only make up a small part of the size. boob size is mostly determined by genetics and amount of body fat

I don’t think so unless your boobs have more fat than anything lol… If theyre naturally that size without so much fat they should stay the same because they are glands not fat… However i don’t have proof of this so I kinda question that too.

i love it its great …
i love it its great i never do an type of workout and when i did this i culd the burn as soon as i started and when i was done i felt so good it just so relaxing. i will continue every day.

My pilates teacher …
My pilates teacher is also a yoga instructor and she gave this great advice: when you lift your head up, try to let the top of your head head, almost in an imaginary arc rather than letting your chin lead the rest of the head up. It takes some practice but once you got it, it will elevate neck pain. Hope this helps!
