No you fool. You need to eat enough to supply your body with energy, and burn it off, but not too much otherwise your body will store all that extra energy as fat. Skipping meals and eating barely anything a day starves the body of nutrition and the body goes into “starvation mode” desperately trying to hang on to as much fat as it can.
