It was my intent to complete the entire Advanced Pilates Mat routine in three minutes. I would only have to do one or two reps for each exercise. I got carried away and did more reps than necessary, I choked it took 12 minutes to finish. My technique is not exactly great but it’s definitely better than when I started.
